Ø  We will maintain a quality management system to meet requirements of QIC Accreditation Standard

Ø  We will continually improve the effectiveness of our quality management system through periodic management reviews

Ø  We will establish and review our quality objectives through periodic management reviews

Ø  This Quality Policy is communicated within the organization through this website and internal postings

Ø  Our personnel understand our Quality Policy through continual training programs

Ø  Periodic management reviews ensure that our Quality Policy is reviewed for continuing suitability

Ø  We will maintain our operation within our goals and objectives to establish our position in the community and meet needs and expectations of all our stakeholders

Ø  The Management Team of Quality Works and all its associates are committed to quality of our service and stated quality objectives

 

Our quality policy is appropriate to the purpose and context of the organization and supports its strategic direction 'to exceed customer’s expectations by providing the best quality service delivery that has eight strategic priorities: “Funding, Advocacy, staff development, Capital Works, Media and Promotion, Continuity Quality Improvement (CQI), and the Health Promotion, Development of Future Opportunities” 

To achieve these objectives and satisfy the expectations of customers, UTHSAC is committed to maintaining a Quality Management System compliant with QIP Accreditation UTHSAC Every department has quality related responsibilities to produce the required quality standard. 

 

We empower and expect our team to:

 

Ø  Understand and comply with the requirements of our quality management system, clinical process management including clinical risk management

Ø  Comply with all statutory and regulatory requirements

Ø  Continue to review Policies and Procedures, Process and objectives with the purpose of improving performance if they are in a leadership role

Ø  Participate in decision-making processes.
